All chips stacked under a red or green chip show the same number on their top side. All other chips were
taken from below the red or green chips, placed in the same column and then flipped over.
So - for example - you know, that the top left chip (showing a "6") has the combination
"1"/"6" since it was taken from below the stack showing the "1".
